Pleated Cartridge

Choosing the correct filter cartridge determines the filtration results. Pleated cartridges use pleats to increase the filtration area, and are ideally suited to high flow rate operating conditions. All our cartridges are produced in a clean environment, ensuring high quality and excellent performance.

Our pleated cartridges are classified into 3 type according to material:

PP (polypropylene) pleated cartridge

- Micron rating:0.45~50μm
- Length:10”,20”,30”,40”
- Filtration Area(10”): 0.65m²
- Operating Temperature: <70℃@2bar
- Max differential pressure: 4.2bar (forward), 2.1bar( reverse) at 60°C
- Suggested differential pressure for change out: 1 bar

Features

- 100% pp material, broad chemical compatibility.
- Pleated media enlarges the filtration area and dirty holding capacity, therefore it has longer service life.
- High flow rate, low pressure drop
- Thermal welded without any adhesive or binder, no possibility of pollution.
- Food and pharmaceutical standard

Sterilization

Cartridges may be autoclaved for 30 minutes at 120°C

Applications

- Electron: Filtration of electronic chemicals and pure water.
- Food& beverage: bottle water, alcohol, juice
- Pharmaceuticals: Fluid medicine
- Chemicals: organic solvent, acid, alkali
- Petrochemical: Oil, Catalyst, injection water for oil field
- Metal machining: coolant, lube oil, kerosene
- Pre-filtration: Pre-filtration before high-precision filtration

PES (polyethersulfone) pleated cartridge

- Micron rating:0.05~1.2μm
- Length:10”,20”,30”,40”
- Filtration Area(10”): 65 m²
- Operating Temperature: <85°C@2bar
- Max differential pressure:2bar (forward), 2.1bar( reverse) at 25°C
- Suggested differential pressure for change out: 1 bar

- Hydrophilic , available for high flow rate, high porosity
- High resistance to high temperature, acid and alkali.
- 100% integrity tested
- Thermal welded without any adhesive or binder, no possibility of pollution
- Food and pharmaceutical standard

Sterilization

Cartridges may be autoclaved for 30 minutes at 120°C, or boiled in 85~90°C hot water

Sterilization of Infusion solution, injection and vaccine
Sterilization of Beer, wine, beverage
